We are recruiting for Support Workers to join a specialist adult support service in Blackpool. This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults to live independently, achieve their goals, and maintain fulfilling lives within their community.

The Role:

• Provide person-centred support to adults with a range of support needs.
• Assist with daily living skills, personal development, and community engagement.
• Promote independence, choice, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Support individuals to access appointments, education, employment, and social activities.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to support plans.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a support worker, care, or similar role is desirable.
• A caring, positive, and reliable approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Right to work in the UK.
