Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of residential conveyancing matters (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases)
• Handle transfers of equity, remortgages, new build transactions and shared ownership
• Support equity release transactions as part of client needs
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals
• Contribute to growth and success of the wider Property team
