Responsibilities

• Advising on data protection regulations and privacy compliance
• Handling freedom of information issues and data sharing arrangements
• Managing cyber incidents and related regulatory matters
• Developing and delivering strategic client advisory work
• Collaborating with the Head of Department on complex matters
• Managing your own remote caseload with consistent workflow

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in data protection, privacy or cyber matters
• Commercially aware and able to handle complex regulatory and contentious issues
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a solo caseload in a remote environment
