Sales, Marketing, Risk – Technical Lead

Overview

In this role you lead and hands-on engineer across enterprise platforms (CRM, marketing automation, risk, compliance, legal) to shape the tech strategy and architecture. You’ll guide a multidisciplinary team, drive integrations, data pipelines, and automation, and mentor engineers to deliver secure, scalable solutions. You’ll work with architects, product managers, and analysts to align platforms with enterprise goals while rolling up your sleeves when needed. Responsibilities

• Provide technical and team leadership across the full SDLC
• contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and complex problem solving
• apply Lean and Agile methods to build secure, scalable solutions
• translate business needs into integrated technology solutions with Solution Architects and Product Managers
• shape and execute CRM, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Legal Platform strategies
• design and deliver platform integrations using Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Archer, APIs and ETL pipelines
• champion data governance, automation, and security with data engineering and security teams
• apply SRE principles to maintain availability, performance, and security
• oversee release management, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments
• manage and mentor a team of 2–5 engineers and architects
• drive initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability

Key requirements

• 5+ years of management or technical leadership experience
• ability to balance leadership with hands-on contribution
• experience with CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce or similar)
• experience with risk/compliance/legal platforms (Archer or similar)
• data integration, ETL, and data pipeline engineering
• API design and service orchestration
• production services in terms of performance, reliability, security
• CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud or hybrid infrastructure
