Relationship Executive – Manchester

Overview

In this role, you support Relationship Managers to implement our funding strategy and ensure clients are funded daily. You will process payments accurately, liaise with Credit Control and Data Processing, and actively manage client relationships to maintain high service levels. You help manage risk by monitoring payments and adhering to risk parameters. This is an opportunity to contribute to client funding, risk control, and growth in a specialist finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement the agreed strategy with the Relationship Manager to align with company goals and client needs
• Ensure daily client funding by routing funding decisions to the appropriate authority
• Process client payments accurately to meet deadlines within risk parameters
• Collaborate with Credit Control and Data Processing teams to keep debtor base fundable
• Regularly communicate with clients to secure funding and address financial needs
• Support Relationship Managers in maintaining risk standards and monitoring daily payments
• Maintain high client service standards and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience
• Identify and pursue opportunities for company growth through client relationships
• Contribute to other duties or projects as appropriate to the role

Key requirements

• Experience in Invoice Finance or Asset Based Lending
• Ability to understand and identify client needs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of Dancerace or Riskfactor – desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
