ELEMIS is seeking a Portfolio Planner to support the S&OP process, coordinate meetings, and drive cross-functional communication for product lifecycle decisions. You will manage SKU portfolios, forecast-based changes, and ensure timely actions with stakeholders across NPD, Commercial, Supply and Regulatory teams.
You will lead monthly Product Reviews, maintain documentation, and support system implementations to improve planning accuracy and portfolio visibility across the business.
