Data Automation & Insights Manager

Overview

In this role, you partner with Sales, Marketing and Merchandising to drive go-to-market execution through planning, coordination and performance tracking. You lead the UK Sales Operations team, setting priorities and developing the team while ensuring alignment across commercial functions. You own and improve core Sales Operations processes, provide forecast visibility and analyze performance to identify actions. You translate data into clear commercial storytelling and enhance reporting quality to empower customer meetings and strategic decisions. Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Merchandising to support go-to-market execution
• Lead and develop the UK Sales Operations team and set priorities
• Align with commercial functions on priorities, performance and execution
• Own and improve key Sales Operations processes for simplicity and accuracy
• Support forecasting and commercial planning with performance visibility
• Analyze sales, customer and product performance to identify trends and opportunities
• Turn complex data into concise commercial stories
• Maintain high data accuracy and reporting quality
• Develop and improve reporting and analytical tools
• Provide information and insight to Sales teams for customer meetings
• Monitor customer and product performance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting

Key requirements

• Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or similar commercially focused role
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
