Strategic Recruitment & HR Systems Coordinator

Carrington Blake Recruitment is assisting a fire and rescue service to appoint a Recruitment and People Systems Coordinator. You will support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR systems administration and equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.

You will maintain accurate vacancy, candidate and employee records in the iTrent HRIS, manage system workflows and data quality, and help develop guidance to standardise recruitment processes.
