HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER NIGHT SHIFT

The Best Connection are working with our Stockton on Tees based client to source additional

C+E (Class 1) NIGHTSHIFTTrunkDriversfor their expanding operation.

There are on goingas well as ad hoc shifts available.

The role:

• Starting at the Stockton hub you will be driving across the country to deliver containers using skeleton trailers




• Start times are approximately 18:00




• There is a minimum of “Hand-balling” involved




• The Safe and Timely Operation of a C+E (Class one) vehicle




• All vehicle checks and reporting of defects.




• Achieving delivery slots




• Using website-based delivery scheduling




• Completion of delivery notes and associated paperwork

The candidate:

• C+E (Class One) Licence




• Experience using extendable “skelly” trailers




• Experience using “Mirror Cam” Trucks

Rewards:

£15.75 per hour First 8 hours Monday to Friday

£23.17 per hour After 8 hours / all Saturday

£30.90 per hour Sunday / Bank Holiday
