Head of HR – Strategic People Leader (Hybrid, Charity)

NFP People is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead the people function for a national charity. The role focuses on strengthening culture, enabling colleagues to thrive and delivering HR strategies across the organisation.

You will report to the Director of Finance and Resources, work with senior leaders, and drive inclusive recruitment, policy development and organisational change within a hybrid working model.
