Authentic HK/Sino Sous Chef – NPD & Production Lead

Eat Ping, a London-based kitchen producing Asian ready meals, seeks a Sous Chef to be the reference on Chinese and Hong Kong cuisine. You will cook on the line as part of the core team, shaping seasoning, sauces, and techniques for a chilled, reheated menu.

You will partner on new product development, translating authentic regional flavours to high-volume production while maintaining standards and cost controls. Based in our north London production kitchen.
