Logistics Team Lead – Driver Ops & Route Optimisation

Elis UK is seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Supervisor to join our Bishop Auckland site. This hands-on leadership role will oversee Drivers and Service Agents, ensuring a safe, efficient and compliant logistics operation.

You will work closely with the Logistics Manager, using operational data to identify improvements, optimise routes and control costs while developing your team for continued success in a busy distribution environment.
