Mental Health Ward Manager – Clinical Leader & Team Builder

Purosearch Ltd. in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, is seeking a Ward Manager for a mental health service. The role combines clinical leadership with team management to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will support the Service Manager, lead nursing staff, oversee care plans, medication management and contribute to CQC compliance.

We require an RN with NMC PIN and previous senior experience in mental health, plus strong communication and organisational skills.
