Inpatient CAMHS Social Worker – Youth Mental Health

Cygnet Hospital Forestwood is seeking a confident Social Worker to join the CAMHS inpatient team. The role focuses on psychosocial assessment, safeguarding leadership, and discharge planning for young people admitted to the inpatient unit.

You will act as the key link between the ward and external agencies, supporting safe discharge and promoting welfare in line with statutory responsibilities. The position is full-time, based on site at Forestwood.
