Delivery Manager – Optimisation (Hybrid)

Co-op is seeking a Delivery Manager to join the Optimisation team within CBS in Manchester. The role is hybrid, split between home and the office two days per week.

You’ll identify opportunities to simplify processes, lead change, and deliver lasting value across the organisation, influencing stakeholders and bringing teams together to achieve measurable outcomes.
