Integration Engineering Manager

Overview

As Integration Engineering Manager, you lead a strategic engineering capability that shapes how AJ Bell builds and operates integration tech across teams. You’ll foster a high-performance culture, mentor technical leaders, and drive delivery pace while staying close to architecture and platform decisions. You’ll push the ETL streaming platform forward and help establish new capabilities for critical business processes. This role combines people leadership with hands-on technical influence to improve reliability, scale, and observability for the company’s software ecosystem.

• Promote AI-assisted software engineering to increase pace and quality
• Balance product, operational, regulatory, and strategic priorities
• Provide coaching and mentoring to develop engineers into technical leaders
• Maintain strong stakeholder management and clear communication with leadership
