Strategic HR Partner: Culture, Change & Attendance Lead

Hammond Clarke seeks a Strategic HR Business Partner to drive HR delivery for the Culture, Environment and Economy directorate. You will lead sickness absence reduction, analyse data, deliver wellbeing initiatives and provide expert HR guidance to managers and directors.
