Beatty Dental is an independent, family-run private practice in Eastbourne with an established patient base and a strong reputation for high-quality, patient-centred dentistry.
We are looking for an exceptional Associate Dentist to take over approximately 2 clinical days from our Principal Dentist, with genuine scope to increase sessions as the practice continues to grow.
We are a multi-award-winning practice, including Best Dental Practice at the 2026 East Sussex Business Awards, and 2026 Private Dentistry Awards finalists for Digital Practice of the Year and Treatment of Nervous Patients. We have also been recognised for Best Customer Experience.

You’ll have access to a highly digital clinical environment including:
- Intraoral scanning
- In-house CAD, milling and 3D printing
- Operating microscope
- Live-streaming and recording for clinical demonstrations and learning
- Experienced nursing and Treatment Co-ordinator support

- Freedom to develop your own clinical interests and specialisms
Our Principal Dentist is committed to mentorship and professional development, while giving associates the autonomy to grow in the areas that interest them most. Whether your ambitions lie in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, endodontics, aligners, implants or another area, we want to create an environment in which you can continue to develop.
We’re looking for someone who:

Private practice experience, postgraduate qualifications, a clinical portfolio and additional clinical interests are preferred, but they are not essential.
