Commercial Manager – Major Infrastructure

Overview

You will lead NEC3-based commercial activities on a major infrastructure programme in Suffolk. In this role you will work closely with site teams and project stakeholders to drive contract administration, payments, and change management, ensuring commercial risks are managed. You will be part of a cross-functional team delivering a high-impact project on-site several days a week. This is an opportunity to influence commercial strategy on a large-scale infrastructure endeavour.

Responsibilities

• manage contract administration on a complex infrastructure project
• conduct payment assessments and approvals
• lead contractual change management and related negotiations
• oversee day-to-day commercial activities and risk monitoring
• coordinate with site teams and project stakeholders on commercial matters

Key requirements

• At least 10 years of NEC3 commercial experience
• strong contract administration and payment management skills
• experience managing contractual change and commercial risk
• ability to work effectively with site teams and project stakeholders
• regular site presence in Suffolk (~3 days/week)
