Bank Support Worker – Flexible Hours & Training Path

CareTech is seeking a Bank Support Worker for Park Lane, Fareham. This bank/zero-hour role involves assisting individuals with daily activities, supporting independence, and contributing to a person-centred care environment in a residential service.

You will participate in care plans, communicate with users and families, help with meals, laundry, cleaning and social events, and keep accurate records. Full training and DBS support provided.
