Production Leader

Overview

Celanese is looking for a Production Leader to drive flawless daily execution across our 24/7 and Core teams. In this role, you’ll help translate unit strategy into action, strengthen team engagement, and ensure resources, priorities, and performance are aligned to SQRE ( Safety, Quality, Reliability and Engagement ) objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate 24/7 and Core teams to achieve our 4 core principles.
• Execute the site plan and support daily operational excellence.
• Review daily KPIs, identify gaps, and assign actions to close them.
• Ensure resources, raw materials, supplies, and technology are available to support production.
• Coordinate daily operations to support Safety, Quality, Reliability and Engagement (SQRE) goals.
• Continuous Improvement, Identify and implement improvements in processes and procedures, leveraging Lean techniques.
• Partner with Learning Facilitators, Stewardship Leaders, Asset Leaders, and Technology Leaders to remove barriers and develop the team.
• Conduct walkthroughs, reinforce best practices, and elevate issues as needed.
• Maintain a strong culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
