Senior Commercial Manager – Hotels, F&B & Events

Thornbury Castle is seeking a Commercial Manager to own the hotel’s commercial strategy across rooms, F&B and events. You will lead a small team, personally engaging with clients, negotiating contracts and driving revenue growth.

You will work closely with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to optimize occupancy, ADR and RevPAR, while expanding key accounts and managing events with strong pricing and packages. This is a hands-on senior role at a luxury hotel.
