Job Description:
Restore is seeking a Recovery Worker to deliver person-centred, recovery-led support across Oxfordshire. The role involves running indoor and outdoor recovery activities, with a passion for horticulture, arts and crafts, and cooking to help people build self-esteem, confidence and a sense of purpose.
You will support individuals and groups, co-facilitate sessions, monitor progress, ensure safeguarding and information governance, and promote inclusion in a values-driven environment.
