Overview

In this DevOps Engineer role, you design, builds and delivers secure technical solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments to meet security and business needs. You’ll lead a high-performing team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to maintain operational integrity. The position sits within a hybrid, security‑minded culture that values collaboration and continuous improvement. The role offers impact shaping cloud strategy, incident response, and secure deployments at scale.

Responsibilities

• Cloud solution delivery across AWS and on-prem environments
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CloudFormation or equivalent
• Design and deliver secure, scalable technical solutions
• Break down high-level designs into actionable deliverables
• Plan release timelines aligned with program goals
• Review technical plans with architects and write implementation plans
• Lead incident resolution and perform root cause analysis
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers; drive stakeholder collaboration
• Build metrics, monitoring dashboards and manage Kubernetes, Vault, and proxies
• Secure integrations and ensure compliance with security policies
