Shift Manager: Lead a high-performing warehouse team (PM)

DHL Supply Chain at Hams Hall is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a small team of First Line Managers on an evening shift within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will drive performance, coach staff, and ensure customer requirements are met while controlling costs and maintaining safety standards.

You’ll be responsible for delivering KPI targets on productivity, quality, and cost, and for building strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and the customer.
