Quality Manager: Drive ISO 9001 Excellence on the Shop Floor

RETAIND Ltd in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to own the quality systems, product standards and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

You will work hands-on with production and senior management to resolve issues, lead internal audits, maintain inspection procedures, and drive measurable quality improvements on the shop floor. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and supplier quality management is essential.
