Senior Support Worker – Male Lead in Person-Centred Care

Prosperity Care & Wellbeing is seeking a Senior Support Worker to provide person-centred care for a male in his early 30s with mental health needs and a visual impairment in Gloucester. You will help maintain wellbeing, independence and safety.

You will lead in delivering high-quality support, document accurately, manage risks, and liaise with family, healthcare professionals and external partners. A full UK driving licence is essential for travel.
