Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (Hybrid)

LJ Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our busy commercial property department in Southend-on-Sea or Hatfield Peverel. This is a full-time, office-based role with hybrid working available up to two days per week.

You will handle a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters, including conveyancing, landlord and tenant matters, financing and development agreements, and collaborate in a client-focused team.
