Compassionate Part-Time Customer Care Advisor

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking a Customer Services Advisor in Nottingham for 15 hours per week (Monday and Friday, 9am–5pm). You’ll take orders over the phone or online from a largely elderly customer base, delivering empathetic, accurate service and supporting drivers with route planning where needed.

The role includes outbound courtesy calls, building trust with customers, updating records and promoting the WFF range. £13.45/hour + bonus + benefits.
