Head of Finance – UK FMCG, PE-Backed Growth

Allexo search in London is seeking a commercially minded Head of Finance to lead UK financial performance within a fast-growing, private‑equity-backed food business. You will partner with the UK leadership and Group CFO, owning UK P&L, and drive profitability, cash generation and acquisition integration.

The role is hands-on; prior success in food/FMCG, post-acquisition integration, and robust cost-to-serve analysis are highly valued.
