Head of Finance & Commercial — Multi-Site Hospitality Growth

Tewinbury Group is seeking an experienced Head of Finance & Commercial to lead the finance function across its Hertfordshire portfolio, including Tewinbury Farm Hotel and other sites. The role is full-time, site-based, with a strong emphasis on commercial partnering and value-driven decision making.

The successful candidate will own period-end close, budgets, forecasting, VAT, payroll and controls, while partnering with operational teams to drive performance and strategic investments.
