Head of Finance (Venture Capital)

Overview

In this role you will be the finance leader, guiding financial control, reporting, and regulatory compliance as the company scales. You will own client money governance, CASS, and fund/SPV accounting while shaping treasury activities. Reporting to the Founder, you’ll drive the next growth phase and contribute as a senior leader across the business. This is an opportunity to have a material impact during a period of rapid expansion in a regulated VC/fintech environment.
