Part-Time Diabetes Care Support Assistant (Phlebotomy Training)

An exciting opportunity to join the Elsie Bertram Diabetes Centre at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Healthcare Support Worker. You will help deliver high-quality outpatient diabetes care, assist with clinic processes and prepare patients for appointments.

This part-time role (23.25 hours over 3 weekdays) requires a friendly, empathetic approach, good communication, and basic IT skills. Experience with phlebotomy is preferred, but training will be provided.
