PM Shift Recruitment & Coordination Specialist

GI Group UK in Coventry is seeking a PM Shift Account Coordinator to support the Account Manager in delivering KPI results and ensuring a first-rate customer experience. The role involves recruitment activities, screening, interviewing, right-to-work checks, and inductions.

Core hours are 10:30 to 19:00, with onsite flexibility as needed. You’ll liaise with site managers, handle worker queries, monitor attendance and performance, and help resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
