Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist (FTC)

Abingdon and Witney College is seeking an organised Recruitment Advisor on a maternity cover FTC to join our People Team. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment, publish adverts, screen candidates, and manage HR systems across a broad range of roles.

We value strong administration, stakeholder management and knowledge of UK recruitment law to deliver an excellent candidate experience in a busy education environment.
