Oracle Functional Analyst – Oracle HCM / Oracle Finance Transformation

Overview

As an Oracle Functional Professional in Deloitte’s Oracle Transformation team, you help deliver cloud-based HR and ERP solutions for complex client needs. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Oracle Cloud/HCM/ERP platforms, driving transformation and tangible business impact. The role combines hands-on configuration with functional analysis, in a fast-paced environment that values continuous learning and certifications. You will operate from the North of England with light travel to Manchester or Newcastle, contributing to a culture that blends collaboration, integrity and growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform Oracle Cloud configuration and functional analysis for HCM/ERP implementations
• Deliver Oracle HCM/ERP implementation or support on Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex client challenges
• Support skill and certification development through ongoing training and mentorship
• Engage with client stakeholders and work with UK security clearance requirements
• Be adaptable and share knowledge across diverse skill sets
• Travel to Manchester/Newcastle office a couple of times per month as needed

Key requirements

• Experience in Oracle HCM/ERP implementation or support on Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud
• Interest in converting HR technology experience from other platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
• Eligible to apply for UK Security Check (SC) clearance
• Collaborative mindset with ability to learn from diverse teams
• Based in North England with ability to travel to Manchester or Newcastle regularly
