Job Description:
Dorset HealthCare Shaftesbury Community Mental Health Team is recruiting a Community Mental Health Nurse to deliver recovery-focused care in the community.
You will manage a caseload, provide a responsive mental health service to patients and families, and work within an integrated multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and review care.
A valid driving licence and access to a car are required; enhanced DBS will be provided by the Trust; visa sponsorship is not available.
