Community OT Specialist (Band 6) – Home Rehab, Part-Time

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Occupational Therapist (Band 6) for the Chester East Care Community Team, delivering home-based rehabilitation and working within an Integrated Care Community Team.

The post is part-time (22.5 hours) and involves autonomous practice, MDT collaboration, CPD participation and supervision of junior staff and students. NHS induction and a Welcome to Care programme are provided.
