Depot Workshop Manager – Fleet Maintenance & Safety

Stagecoach Carlisle is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead the maintenance operation, ensuring buses are safe, reliable and ready for service daily. You will oversee daily workshop activity, drive performance, and manage engineers and technicians in a fast-paced depot environment.

The role requires a professional engineering qualification and proven leadership of maintenance teams, with a focus on safety, efficiency and continual improvement across our Cumbrian depots.
