Patient Experience Coordinator

The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in Birmingham is seeking a dynamic Patient Experience Facilitator on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This Band 5 NHS AfC role is a full-time secondment for 12 months, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will coordinate complaints and PALS, monitor patient feedback, contribute to the Friends and Family Test, and drive service improvements with clinical teams and leaders.
