Software Engineer Graduate – Underwater Robotics Rotations

Saab UK is offering a two-year Graduate Engineering programme starting September 2027, based at our Fareham campus. You will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge sub-sea robotics in Saab Seaeye and rotate through four six-month placements across core engineering disciplines.

You’ll be supported by managers, mentors and peers, with opportunities for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. This is a structured entry into Saab’s engineering career track.
