Senior Finance Manager

Overview

As Senior Finance Manager in the EMEAI finance function, you will own the day-to-day accounting and reporting for multiple entities and brands, ensuring timely month-end close and balance sheet integrity. You will drive management reporting, intercompany and transfer pricing, and tax-related workpapers while partnering with cross-functional teams. The role offers exposure to audits, acquisitions, and complex financial processes across Entertainment and Lifestyle brands at scale. Your work supports robust controls and insightful financial analysis to enable strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own Income Statement and Balance Sheet across multiple EMEA entities and Entertainment Brands
• Deliver timely and accurate Management Accounts
• Account for royalties, expenses, payroll, depreciation, and other P&L items
• Maintain transfer pricing model and related journals
• Calculate and post management fee and tax provisions
• Prepare non-controlling interest and shareholder distributions workpapers
• Prepare period-end schedules for US Group
• Own Balance Sheet reconciliations and inter-company journals
• Partner with Finance Business Partner, auditors, and acquisition teams
• Drive process improvements while maintaining a robust control environment

Key requirements

• ACCA/ACA and Bachelor’s degree in finance/business
• 6+ PQE in Entertainment and/or Lifestyle sectors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle NetSuite
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proactive, self-starter with strong business partnering ability
