Female Learning Disability Support Worker – Day Shifts £12.71/h

We Change Lives is seeking a Female Learning Disability Support Worker to assist residents at Guernsey House and Park Drive. You will support four women and two men with diverse needs, helping with personal care, daily activities, and engagement in hobbies.

No extensive prior experience is required as training is provided on the job; a compassionate, patient approach is valued to support residents’ rights, needs and choices. You will contribute to a caring, empowering team environment.
