The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.Location: Park Royal, LondonPay: £18.00 – £27.00 per hour, increasing after 12 weeksHours: 05:00–13:45Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday / Tuesday to Saturday rotatingThe RoleOur client is a leading supplier of gourmet food products, operating a fleet of temperature-controlled HGV Class 2 vehicles and multiple hubs across the UK.They are looking for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their Park Royal operation on a temp-to-perm basis, with an immediate start available.As a HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food products to customers across London, including central London and the City.HGV Class 2 Driver Responsibilities– Load and operate a temperature-controlled vehicle.– Complete approximately 10–15 deliveries per day to high-end customers across London.– Deliver boxes and sacks of food to customer premises, with individual items weighing up to 25kg.– Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects or faults to your line manager.– Complete end-of-day debriefs and required paperwork.– Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.Essential Requirements– Full UK Category C licence held for a minimum of 2 years.– Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.– Minimum 9 months’ Class 2 driving experience within the last 12 months.– Must have good knowledge of manual tachograph entries.– Must be aged 25+ for insurance purposes. xwwtmva – Good knowledge of London and the City is advantageous.Once transferred to a permanent position, you will receive:– £18.57 per hour– Overtime paid after 8 hours per day– Monthly bonus– Annual bonus– Staff discount– High-street retailer discount scheme– 25 days annual leave + your birthday off– Company pension– Pay increasesSkills RequiredHGV Class 2 Driver,KeywordsHGV Class 2 Driver,…
