Hybrid Fostering Recruitment Officer – Regional Impact

Walsall Council is seeking a Fostering Recruitment Officer to guide prospective foster carers through the first steps of a life-changing journey. The role is based in the Black Country and supports four partner authorities, with hybrid working and a base at Walsall Civic Centre.

You will listen, visit homes, and coordinate steps through to assessment, ensuring a warm, timely and well-organised experience for applicants from diverse backgrounds.
