Strategic Finance Leader – Head of Finance (Stevenage)

CV Screen Ltd is recruiting a Head of Finance near Stevenage to own the finance function and drive strategic insight for a growing family-run UK manufacturer. You will partner with the MD and SLT to shape growth, set budgets, forecasts and long-term plans.

The role requires hands-on Xero expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to elevate reporting from operational to strategic level. This is an office-based role offering £75,000-£85,000 plus benefits and a Senior Leadership Team bonus;
