EY is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join the Global General Counsel’s Office as Associate Director. The role involves defending EY in claims including malpractice, contract, and securities litigation, managing subpoenas, investigations, and risk compliance globally.

You will supervise defense strategies, coordinate with outside counsel, and advise on professional responsibility, conflicts, and policy positions across EY’s service lines.
