Strategic HR Lead, Bids & Transitions (Hybrid UK)

Cognizant is seeking an Associate Director, HR Bids & Transitions, to lead the people workstream across strategic bids and complex employee transitions. You will guide transfer, rebadge, rehire, and integration approaches from early design to operational handover.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solutioning, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Delivery and regional HR teams, engaging with senior stakeholders to mitigate workforce risks and enable deal viability.
