Project Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment (£20m, 10-year)

Wates Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a £20m social housing planned maintenance programme on Canvey Island, Essex, within a 10-year framework. The role entails delivering multiple workstreams in occupied properties, maintaining safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibility spans mobilisation to completion with leadership of site teams and subcontractors, budget control and continuous improvement across the programme.
