Leisure Centre Operations Leader

High Life Highland is seeking an experienced leader to oversee leisure centre operations across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of customer care, safety, and facility presentation. You will line-manage the Leisure team, coordinate staffing, and drive engagement with local communities.

Together with the Manager you will monitor budgets, support programme delivery, promote activities, and contribute to continuous service improvement across Inverness Leisure and HLH.
